Delivery

Each piece we create is handmade and therefore please expect a 2-4 week turnaround, from the date of ordering, to receiving your finished jewellery. If you have a special occasion, or a date that you need your purchase to be delivered by, please contact us before ordering.

UK Delivery

Including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Orders are dispatched 5 days a week (Mon - Fri), excluding Bank Holidays.

All items are made to order . We don't split orders for delivery so if your order contains multiple items, we will dispatch once your entire order is ready.

Once your order is dispatched we will send you an email confirmation.

EU Orders

Now the UK has left the EU, please note there has been a significant change in the way they handle taxes for EU customers.

You may be required to pat the relevant domestic sales tax rate, applicable customs, plus your local authority's handling charge when your item arrives. These charges are payable by the customer (where applicable) and we do not cover these costs.

US Orders

From 29 August 2025, the United States ended it's de minimis duty-free threshold (previously applied to orders under $800). This means all orders shipped from the UK are now subject to import duties. To keep things simple, we include the currently 10% duty within your shipping price. 

All of pieces are handmade in England and dispatched with Royal Mail, then passed to USPS for final delivery. While duties are already covered, USPS may still collect local state sales tax before completing delivery. 

Please note: The new rules have created extra administration for postal services, and some US deliveries may take a little longer than usual. We recommend always allowing extra time when ordering for special occasions.

How your order will arrive

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded brown 'large letter' mailing box.

Jewellery is packaged within, in a separate box and appropriately padded and secured for transit.
