How To Order
If you are nervous about the ordering process or are unsure about colour choices or jewellery suitability, please get in touch and I can chat through your order and alleviate any worries you might have. This process should feel comforting and reassuring for you and I am here to help. This is a small business and it will always be the same person you speak to regarding your order.
Step 1
Firstly select your jewellery piece and browse the colour chart to decide upon how you would like your piece to look. If you would like to see examples of colours, feel free to send me a message via the contact page or instagram / facebook pages.
Order online through the website if you are decided on your jewellery piece and colour.
For complex orders, where combinations of DNA (ashes, hair etc) are being sent, or multiple colours are to be used please contact me via email, instagram or whats app so that I can confirm the details and set up a custom order for you to select online.
I will always contact you before creating your piece, to ask how you would like your DNA placed within the jewellery if the piece offers the space for options. Ashes can be laid visibly on top of the colour, or less visibly within the colour. Hair can be fanned or locked. Wherever possible I will give you the choice.
Step 2
Once your order is placed I will send you a secure collection pack in the post via tracked 48 delivery. This includes a guide on how to send your ashes / hair or other DNA, appropriate collection equipment (collection pot with scoop for ashes with sealable clear bag, zip lock bags for hair, fabric, fur and florals or specialised secure breastmilk storage bags) a pre-paid tracked 48 return envelope with a 7 day return window and a ring sizer where appropriate.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers outside the UK will not receive a collection pack. You will receive an email once your order is placed with instructions of how to send your DNA safely to me. A tracked postal service must be used to ensure safe delivery.
Step 3
Please return your collection pack to me within 7 days - if the postage window expires you will simply need to pay for tracked 48 post at around £4.
You are able to track the progress of your collection pack using the tracking number detailed on the envelope.
As soon as your collection pack arrives with me, I will let you know by text message, along with the intended creation date for your jewellery.
Your collection pack is logged, and filed safely and securely whilst I await your blank jewellery piece arriving. There is no possibility of DNA being mixed / mistaken as each pack is clearly marked and individually stored.
Step 4
When your jewellery or keepsake is complete, I will send photos to you.
Once packaged, it will be shipped to you using a tracked and insured delivery service ('Special delivery' in the UK). You will receive tracking details so that you can monitor it's journey and sign for it upon arrival. Please see my shipping / delivery page for costs and delivery timeframes.
Your order will arrive carefully wrapped, packaged and protected, along with any unused DNA (Ashes, hair etc), ensuring everything is handled with the utmost care and respect.
