  • How do I order
    You can either order online using a credit / debit card, or you can send me a text or whatsapp and I will assist you with your purchase
  • How much ash or hair do you require?
    We only need one teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of hair to create your piece. Any unused ashes or hair will be returned to you with your finished jewellery or keepsake
  • How do I get the order pack?
    Once your order is placed, we will automatically send you an order pack by first class post. The order pack will have a unique reference number that relates to your order number. The pack will contain a collection pot for you to send your loved ones ashes or hair to us. Please place this tube into the plastic zip seal bag for added security. If you have ordered a ring, we will automatically send you a ring sizer to ensure you are happy with the size you have ordered. We simply ask you to complete the information card and return it within the padded pre-paid envelope along with your ash / hair collection pot. The pre-paid postage ensures signed for delivery, which I can track. By law, your name and address must be displayed on that envelope as the sender (due to posting human or animal ashes) and I will have added a sticker to the reverse of the envelope with these details printed.
  • How do I know you have received the ashes / hair?
    Once I receive your delivery, I will send a text message to confirm arrival.
  • How will my jewellery get to me safely?
    Your finished jewellery or keepsake will be posted to you by Royal Mail special delivery. This service is tracked and fully insured and guaranteed by 1pm the following day from when it is sent (excluding weekends).
  • I want to order a ring but I don't know my size?
    All you need to do is select ring size unknown in the drop down options and we will send you a ring sizer in your order pack. Ring sizers are routinely sent out with all ring purchases for added peace of mind
  • How long will my jewellery take to arrive?
    When you place an order, I will immediately prepare your order pack which will be sent by the following day 1st class. When it is returned to me, I will begin work on your order. Therefore from order date, including the days it will take for you to receive and return the order pack and for me to create your piece and deliver to you, is likely to be around 2-3 weeks. If I am taking a leave of absence for a holiday, you will be notified on my website and at the point or order.
  • Can I wear my jewellery all the time?
    This depends on what item you have ordered. If you have selected a resin piece we advise you not to submerse it in water. We also advise you to take off your jewellery when spraying perfume, using hand cream or using household chemicals as both water and chemicals can cause your resin to dull and become loose in it's setting. You will receive care instructions with your order to help you keep your treasured piece safe.
  • What is the warranty on my jewellery
    All my jewellery comes with a 12 month manufacturing guarantee. The warranty however will not be valid if on return, the item has been defected by hard wear and tear or exposed to harsh chemicals (I chemical test any returned jewellery).
  • If my jewellery is out of warranty, can it still be repaired?
    I will gladly repair your jewellery if it is out of warranty or if the warranty is void. I will advise you on the repair price and complete the repairs on receipt of payment.
  • What do I do if I have concerns about my jewellery?

  • Can I order online and drop off the ashes / hair to you in person?
    Yes this is no problem at all. I am based in RG7 Berkshire - please make sure to text or whatsapp on 07490094946 to organise this method at the time of ordering and agree a date and time for delivery.
