How do I order

You can either order online using a credit / debit card, or you can send me a text or whatsapp and I will assist you with your purchase. If you want to chat through an idea or design, please use the chat function to message me via whatsapp, where we can easily share photos. I am always happy to help and no request is a silly one.

Question 2

Can I include more than one loved one in a piece of jewellery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Many families choose to combine ashes, hair, or other meaningful inclusions from more than one loved one into a single piece. This can be a beautiful way to honour a shared bond and keep multiple cherished memories close together.
If you would like to include more than one person or pet, simply let us know when placing your order so we can guide you through the process, send the correct number of collection pots and ensure everything is handled with care and respect.

Question 3

Can I combine ashes and hair in a piece of jewellery?

Yes, you absolutely can! Please just leave me a message at checkout and I will contact you to discuss how you would like the inclusions placed / displayed in the jewellery.

Question 4

How much ash or hair do you require?

Accepted Answer

We only need one teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of hair to create your piece. Any unused ashes or hair will be returned to you with your finished jewellery or keepsake

How do I get the order pack?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is placed, we will automatically send you an order pack by tracked 48 post. The order pack will have a unique reference number that relates to your order number. The pack will contain a collection pot for you to send your loved ones ashes,  or secure ziplock bags to send hair to us. For ashes, please place this tube into the plastic zip seal bag for added security. For hair or other inclusions, you can place the smaller ziplock into the larger for added security. If you have ordered a ring, we will automatically send you a ring sizer to confirm the size you require. We simply ask you to complete the information card and return it within the padded pre-paid envelope along with your ash / hair collection pot. The pre-paid postage ensures tracked delivery. By law, your name and address must be displayed on that envelope as the sender (due to posting human or animal ashes).

How do I know you have received the ashes / hair?

Once I receive your delivery, I will send a text message to confirm arrival.

Question 7

How will my jewellery get to me safely?

Accepted Answer

Your finished jewellery or keepsake will be posted to you by Royal Mail special delivery. This service is tracked and fully insured and guaranteed by 1pm the following day from when it is sent (excluding weekends).

Question 8

I want to order a ring but I don't know my size?

Accepted Answer

All you need to do is select ring size 'custom' in the drop down options and we will send you a ring sizer in your order pack. Ring sizers are sent out with  every ring purchase for added peace of mind.

Question 9

How do I send my breastmilk to be preserved in jewellery?

Accepted Answer

When you place your order, I will send a collection pack in the post containing sterile breastmilk storage bags. Pour 5-15ml of milk into the storage bag, removing as much air as possible. Once sealed, place that bag into the 2nd ziplock bag. This double layer method ensures any leaks are contained and protects your breastmilk during shipping. It is important to use the bags provided as they are sterile and leakproof ensuring your milk remains mold free during transit and in a useable condition.  Your breastmilk will not spoil or curdle - it will remain perfect for jewellery (simply inedible).

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

When you place an order, I will immediately prepare your order pack which will be sent by the following day on tracked 48 delivery. When it is returned to me, I will begin work on your order. Therefore from order date, including the days it will take for you to receive and return the order pack and for me to create your piece and deliver to you, the quickest delivery is around 2 weeks. However, please refer to your item description on the website as jewellery pieces are custom made and come to me from several jewellers around the world, therefore expected delivery dates are specified on each item description
If you are looking for a piece of jewellery to be made for a date in the near future such as a Birthday or Anniversary, please contact me via WhatsApp so that I can guide you on the most suitable pieces to choose from - I am always happy to help!

If I am taking a leave of absence for a holiday, you will be notified on my website and at the point of order.

Question 11

Can I wear my jewellery all the time?

Accepted Answer

This depends on what item you have ordered. Our sterling silver and 9ct gold pieces will last a lifetime, whereas gold plated pieces will naturally lose their plating over time (returning to the base metal which is sterling silver) and with repeated wear, so I advise to keep these pieces for special occasions only.  
We also advise you to take off your jewellery when spraying perfume, using hand cream or using household chemicals as both water and chemicals can cause your resin to dull and become loose in it's setting. You will receive care instructions with your order to help you keep your treasured piece safe but you can always reach out to me for guidance and help.

Question 12

What is the warranty on my jewellery

Accepted Answer

All my jewellery comes with a 12 month manufacturing guarantee. The warranty however will not be valid if on return, the item has been defected by hard wear and tear or exposed to harsh chemicals (I chemical test any returned jewellery).

If a resin stone has been damaged or lost, I will always be happy to recreate the stone for you. I will simply ask for you to cover the cost of postage to and from me.

Question 13

If my jewellery is out of warranty, can it still be repaired?

I will gladly repair your jewellery if it is out of warranty or if the warranty is void. I will advise you on the repair price and complete the repairs on receipt of payment.

What do I do if I have concerns about my jewellery?

Question 15

Can I order online and drop off the ashes / hair to you in person and collect my jewellery when it is complete?

Accepted Answer

Yes this is no problem at all. I am based in RG7 Berkshire - please make sure to text or whatsapp on 07490094946 to organise this method at the time of ordering and agree a date and time for delivery. I will give you a voucher code to use at checkout to remove the delivery costs.
