At Aurora's Soulstones we aspire for complete customer satisfaction. If your memorial jewellery or keepsake has an issue relating to quality, such as a manufacturing fault, we kindly ask you to email us with a photograph and description. Please send emails to
We will assess your jewellery piece and will contact you. If there is a manufacturing defect with your jewellery piece or keepsake it will be remade for you, for free.
Owing to our jewellery being handcrafted, we are unable too offer refunds unless the product is found to be faulty. For example the setting, bail, ring stank or gem setting
Please note that jewellery that was ordered over 12 months ago and which has been damaged through wear and tear and not due to a manufacturing fault will be deemed as a chargeable repair.
If you change your mind on your order, we can only offer a refund if you cancel your order prior to your item going into production and prior to your order kit being sent out. If your item is already in production, we cannot cancel your order. If the order kit has already been posted out when you cancel, you will be charged for the two postal fees and refunded the remainder.
