Crafted from 925 sterling silver, this beautiful paw print charm is designed for ash, fur or hair inclusion and allows you to carry a part of your loved one with you.
The 5mm threaded core fits most standard European-style bracelets, making it a versatile and sentimental addition to any collection.
You can be reassured that your loved ones keepsakes will be treated with the utmost respect and care as we make your chosen piece. All unused inclusions will be returned to you with your finished piece of jewellery. We only require a teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of hair or other keepsakes, as a guide.

Orders are dispatched 5 days a week (Mon - Fri), excluding Bank Holidays.
All items are made to order . We don't split orders for delivery so if your order contains multiple items, we will dispatch once your entire order is ready.
Once your order is dispatched we will send you an email confirmation.
EU Orders
Now the UK has left the EU, please note there has been a significant change in the way they handle taxes for EU customers.
You may be required to pay the relevant domestic sales tax rate, applicable customs, plus your local authority's handling charge when your item arrives. These charges are payable by the customer (where applicable) and we do not cover these costs.
US Orders
From 29 August 2025, the United States ended it's de minimis duty-free threshold (previously applied to orders under $800). This means all orders shipped from the UK are now subject to import duties. To keep things simple, we include the currently 10% duty within your shipping price.
All our pieces are handmade in England and dispatched with Royal Mail, then passed to USPS for final delivery. While duties are already covered, USPS may still collect local state sales tax before completing delivery.
Please note: The new rules have created extra administration for postal services, and some US deliveries may take a little longer than usual. We recommend always allowing extra time when ordering for special occasions.

1. How do I order?
You can order here online, or you can send me a WhatsApp via the chat feature and I will assist you with your purchase. If you want to chat through an idea or design, please do contact me - I am always happy to help.
2. How much ashes or hair do you need?
We only need one teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of hair. Any unused inclusions will be returned to you with your jewellery
3. Can I include more than one loved one in a piece of jewellery?
Yes you can, many families choose to combine ashes, hair or other meaningful inclusions from more than one loved one into a single piece. If you would like to include more than one person or pet, simply let me know at checkout, or via the WhatsApp chat function so I can guide you through the process and send the correct number of collection packs.
4. Can I combine ashes and hair in a single piece of jewellery?
Yes you can! Please just leave a note at checkout or send a message via the WhatsApp chat function so that I can send the correct number / type of collection packs and discuss how you would like your keepsakes displayed.
5. How do I get an order pack?
Once your order is placed, we will automatically send you an order pack by tracked 24/48 post. The order pack will contain a collection pot for you to send your loved ones ashes, secure ziplocks bags to send hair to us or a breastmilk collection pack. Full instructions are inside. If you have ordered a ring you will also be sent a ring sizer.
We ask you to fill out the information card and return it with your inclusions (ash / hair etc) using the padded pre-paid envelope we supply.
6. How will I know you have received my collection pack safely?
Your collection pack is sent by tracked 24/48 and when it arrives with me I will send you a text message to confirm, for peace of mind.
7. Can I decide how I want the ash / hair etc to be displayed?
Yes - I always send out a text message via WhatsApp to discuss your piece before I commence. I will also send you confirmation when it is complete and photos of the finished product before it is packaged for delivery.
8. How will my jewellery be sent?
All jewellery orders are sent by special delivery which is tracked and insured.
Non jewellery keepsakes are sent by tracked 24 delivery.
9. Can I wear my jewellery all the time?
This depends on what item you have ordered. Our sterling silver and 9ct gold pieces will last a lifetime, whereas gold plated pieces will naturally lose their plating over time (returning to the base metal which is sterling silver) and with repeated wear, so I advise to keep these pieces for special occasions / occasional wear only.
We also advise you to avoid spraying your resin stone with perfumes, chemicals, hand creams and household sprays as these can cause your resin stone to dull and become loose in it's setting. Full care instructions are supplied with your order
