Delivery
Each piece we create is handmade and therefore please refer to the item description for the expected delivery time. Our base pieces come from several jewellers both in the UK and further afield. If you have a special occasion, or a date that you need your purchase to be delivered by, please contact us before ordering so that we can guide you towards a choice that can be delivered on time


UK Delivery
Including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man
Orders are dispatched 5 days a week (Mon - Fri), excluding Bank Holidays.
All items are made to order . We don't split orders for delivery so if your order contains multiple items, we will dispatch once your entire order is ready.
Once your order is dispatched we will send you an email confirmation.
EU Orders
Now the UK has left the EU, please note there has been a significant change in the way they handle taxes for EU customers.
You may be required to pay the relevant domestic sales tax rate, applicable customs, plus your local authority's handling charge when your item arrives. These charges are payable by the customer (where applicable) and we do not cover these costs.
Australia, New Zealand & Canada
We’re pleased to offer delivery to Australia, New Zealand and Canada, so you can receive your jewellery wherever you are.
All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.
Estimated delivery times:

Orders are dispatched using a tracked postal service, and you will receive tracking details once your order has been sent.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on postal services and customs processing.

US Orders
From 29 August 2025, the United States ended it's de minimis duty-free threshold (previously applied to orders under $800). This means all orders shipped from the UK are now subject to import duties. To keep things simple, we include the currently 10% duty within your shipping price.
All our pieces are handmade in England and dispatched with Royal Mail, then passed to USPS for final delivery. While duties are already covered, USPS may still collect local state sales tax before completing delivery.
Please note: The new rules have created extra administration for postal services, and some US deliveries may take a little longer than usual. We recommend always allowing extra time when ordering for special occasions.
How your order will arrive
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded brown 'large letter' mailing box.
Jewellery is packaged within, in a separate box and appropriately padded and secured for transit.
