Step 1: Order online through our website or contact us via phone or WhatsApp - we're always happy to help you choose your perfect piece

Step 2: Once your order is placed, we will send you a secure collection pack in the post. This includes a guide on how to send your ashes, breastmilk, hair, fur or other inclusions, a pre-paid return envelope, and a ring sizer if needed. Please note customers outside the UK will need to cover a tracked postal service from their destination for the safe delivery of their hair / ashes.

Step 3: Return your pack to us and we'll start crafting your memorial jewellery or keepsake. We will also send a text to confirm your we have received your pack safely.

Step 4: Once your jewellery or keepsake is ready, we'll post it to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will receive tracking details so that you can monitor its journey and sign for it upon arrival. All postal costs to and from you are included in the amount you pay at checkout

Step 5: Your jewellery will arrive beautifully wrapped, along with any unused ashes or hair, ensuring everything is handled with the utmost care and respect.
