Customised Crochet Pony With Heart Pendant
 
Our collaboration with Tay's Keepsakes - a small local business creating customised crochet ponies. Paired with our memorial heart pendant on a ribbon. 
 
Tays crochet ponies stand at 30cm tall and can be fully customised with markings and colours to match your equine. Available in soft feel yarn for simple colours, and acrylic yarn for more complex markings / colours. Please note your preference below
 
In collaboration,  each pony holds a 3D resin heart on a ribbon around his / her neck. Each lovingly crafted to hold a small amount of your chosen inclusion. This can be cremations ashes, a lock of tail/mane hair, fabric from a favourite rug or headcollar, special flowers or a combination. Please choose your heart colour below and we will colour match the ribbon as closely as possible.
 
Each pony is handmade by 'Tays Keepsakes' and we ask for several photos (if possible) to show the horse / pony's colouring and markings. Photos can be sent by whatsapp, email, or physically sent to us within your collection pack. Photos sent to us will be returned with your finished crochet pony along with any unused inclusions (ashes, hair etc)
 
Instructions on sending photos will be sent with your collection pack, on tracked48 Royal Mail delivery
 
Please note: this is a keepsake item and not a toy due to the small parts (resin heart and mane/tail which could come away with force)
