All unused inclusions will be returned to you with your finished piece of jewellery. We only require a teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of hair or other keepsakes, as a guide.
 
As each gold ring is custom made to order, please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. A ring sizer will be included in your collection kit to ensure the perfect fit before your ring is created.
Please note that, due to the bespoke nature and intrinsic value of the materials, gold rings are non-refundable, so confirming the correct size is essential.
